Ethyl Byrd, 94, of Manchester, was born, August 3rd, 1919, and passed away, Tuesday, July 22nd, 2014 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by the following children, Glenn Byrd, and wife Elizabeth, Dale Byrd, and Rex Byrd, all of Saddler, Donny Ray Byrd, and wife Gwen, of Teges, Lenzie Byrd, and wife Fern, of South Lebanon, OH, Irene Burns, of Manchester, Cleda Chestnut, of Sexton Creek, along with 14 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Byrd, one son, Hubert Byrd, three daughters, Reba Dean, Freda Byrd, Inita Byrd, her parents, William and Charlotte Ball, and these brothers and sisters, Lester Ball, Herman Ball, Ralph Ball, Luther Ball, Clara Moore, Oda Huff, Addie Burch, and Esther Frazier.
She also leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her death.
Funeral services for Ethyl Byrd will be held 11AM Saturday at the Britton Funeral Home chapel with Robert Combs officiating. Burial will follow in the Lower Saddler Cemetery on Saddler. Visitation will be after 6PM Friday at the Britton Funeral Home.
