Dovie Davidson, 71, of Covington, formerly of Manchester, was born, June 25th, 1943, and passed away, Tuesday, July 22nd, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Fort Thomas, Kentucky.
She is survived by these children, Robert Davidson, and wife Tonya, of Covington, KY, Michael Marcum, and wife Corlas, of Manchester, KY, Wayne Marcum, and wife Linda, of Wesley Chapel, Florida, Peggy Melton, and husband Robert, of Lexington, KY, along with these grandchildren, Mackenzie Davidson, Austin Davidson, Danielle Marcum, Josha Marcum, and Cora Marcum.
She is also survived by these brothers and sisters, Carl Henson, Frank Henson, Clara Henson, America Hoskins, all of Manchester, Sam Henson, of Salyersville, KY, Judy Morgan and Dora Hubbard, both of Ohio.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Davidson Jr., her parents, Elbert and Martha Mitchell, and one sister, Mattie Henson.
She also leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her death.
Funeral services for Dovie Davidson will be held 2PM Friday at the Heritage Pentecostal Church on Billy's Branch with Carl Henson officiating. Burial will follow in the Henson Cemetery on Billy's Branch. Visitation will be after 12 Noon Thursday at the Church.
