Mrs. Hazel Marie Gregory, age 83 of Sidell Community departed this life on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at her home.
She was born on Thursday, April 16, 1931 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of William and Mary Ellen McDaniel Gibson. She was a homemaker and a member of the Morgan Branch Pentecostal Church.
She leaves to mourn her passing her children: Ellis Gregory, Betty Napier and her husband Ronald, Linda Hensley and her husband Ralph, and Kenneth Gregory all of Sidell, Bernice Collins and her husband Bobby of Greenbriar, and Glenn Gregory and his friend Jean Bray of Manchester. Also surviving are 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents: William and Mary Ellen Gibson, her husband: James B. Gregory, her daughter: Mary Catherine Gregory, her grandson: Justin Roberts Gregory, and 2 brothers: Lawrence Gibson and Gilbert Gibson.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Hazel Marie Gregory will be conducted on Sunday at 1 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Tim Reid and Rev. Bobby Stevens will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Sandlin Cemetery in the Sandlin Branch Community.
Visitation will be held on Saturday evening after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
