Mrs. Alicia Carlene Fields Turner, age 34 departed this life on Thursday, September 25, 2014 in Manchester, Kentucky.
She was born on Sunday, May 18, 1980 in Lancaster, Ohio to the union of Ricky and Rita Hite Fields. She was an associate at Walmart where she worked in the deli.
She leaves to mourn her passing her husband: Joshua Turner, her daughter: Kami Addisson Turner, her parents: Ricky and Rita Fields, her grandmother: Beatrice Fields, and her grandfather: Jonah Hite. She also leaves her brother: Anthony Fields, and these brothers and sisters-in-law: Lorabeth King, Jonathan Turner, Joseph Turner, and Lacey Gilliam.
She is preceded in death by her grandfather: A. C. Fields.
A visitation for Mrs. Alicia Carlene Fields Turner will be held on Monday, September 29 from 3 PM until 5 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. There will not be a funeral service.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Rominger Funeral Home.
