Adam B. Roark, 51, of Little Creek, was born January 1st, 1963, and passed away Sunday, October 5th, 2014.
He is survived by his son, Adam Anthony Roark of Little Creek, three daughters, Melissa Cortes-Diaz and husband Timoteo of London, Melinda Smallwood and husband Aubrey of London, Mollie Roark and boyfriend Jason Frazier of Little Creek, his girlfriend, Rebecca Couch of Little Creek, one stepson, Eddie Jr. Couch of Little Creek, and one stepdaughter, Courtney Couch of Little Creek, along with five grandchildren.
He is also survived by these brothers and sisters, Don Roark of Little Creek, Roscoe Roark of Manchester, George Roark of Knox Co., Oma Collins of Elk Creek, and Linda Caldwell of Leslie Co.
He is preceded in death by his parents Oscar and Molly Roark, two brothers, Charles Roark and Ules Roark, and two sisters, Bessie Collett and Fannie Hensley.
He also leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his death.
Funeral services for Adam B. Roark will be held 2 PM Thursday, October 9, 2014 at the Jacks Creek United Methodist Church with Roscoe Roark, Demas Couch, and Bobby Dwayne Holland officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakley Cave Cemetery at Roark. Visitation will be after 6 PM Tuesday, October 07, 2014 at the church until funeral hour of 2PM on Thursday.
