Mr. David Smith, age 65 departed this life on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital.
He was born on Sunday, August 21, 1949 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of Joseph and Allie Smith.
He leaves to mourn his passing his brothers: Alonzo Smith, Wendell Smith, and Stephen Smith, several nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Joseph and Allie Smith, and these brothers and sisters: Charles Smith, Bonnie Smallwood, Ruth Vostic, Cleo Davidson, Jessie Lee Smith, Jessie Smith, Marie Smith, Cody Smith, and Elder Smith.
Funeral Services for Mr. David Smith will be conducted on Tuesday, January 6, at 2 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. William Hugh Hudson and Bro. Wesley Rominger will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery in the Flat Creek Community.
Visitation will be held on Monday after 6 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
