Albert Allen, 78, of Manchester passed away Wednesday at his home.
He is survived by his son Glenn Allen, Tyner, and his daughter Gail Mobley and husband Joe, Ells Branch.
He is also survived by three sisters, Betty Sue Coffee, Annville, Pauline Burch, Arizona, Lorraine Simpson, Ohio, and 3 grandchildren, Danielle Byrd and husband Arron, Jessica Allen, and Sabrina Marion and husband Scotty, as well as 2 great grandchildren, Cameron Myers, and Ethan Engles.
He is preceded in death by his wife Lorraine Allen, and his parents Parkie and Icie Allen.
The funeral service will be held 11 AM Tuesday January 13th, 2015, at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with J.C. Stevens and Richard Sams officiating. Burial will follow in the Cradlebowl Cemetery at Sexton Creek.
Visitation will be after 6 PM Monday at the Britton Funeral Home.
