Mr. Carmen “Mush” Cupp, age 71 departed this life on Friday, January 9, 2015 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital.
He was born on Saturday, December 18, 1943 in Clay County, Kentucky to the union of Joe D. and Margarett Johnson Cupp. He was a tire repairman and was a member of the Pine Grove Church of Christ.
He leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Joyce Ann Fields Cupp, his daughter: Elizabeth Cupp and Deborah Collins and her husband Marion and his son: Carmen Dean Cupp and his wife Diane. Also surviving are his grandchildren: Cameron Wagers, Brianna Cupp, Chase Collins, Zoey Cupp, Ryder Cupp, Tanner and Madison Wombles, and 2 adopted grandchildren: Josh and Jeremy Bowling. His brother Ben Cupp and his sister: Dianna Minton also survive him.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Joe D. and Margarett Cupp, his daughter: Sherrie Rebecca Cupp and his brother: Clarence “Bucket” Cupp.
Services for Mr. Carmen “Mush” Cupp will be conducted Graveside at the Fields Cemetery on Sunday, January 11, at 2 PM. Bro. Jeremy Bowling, Bro. Josh Bowling, and Bro. Norman Cornett will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Fields Cemetery in the Fogertown Community.
