Tammy Lavonne Mendez passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020 at the age of 49. She passed away at U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, KY. Tammy was born September 20, 1971 at Hyden, KY., the daughter of James Harold Osborne & Irene Lewis. Tammy had been a resident of East Bernstadt for the past 15 years. She was an employee trainer coordinator for Cracker Barrel Restaurants. Tammy enjoyed painting, reading, Willie Nelson & her pets. Tammy's family described her as selfless, the glue which held the family together and a fighter. She was loved by family, friends, co-workers & all she came in contact with!

Susie was an avid cook and enjoyed caring for her children and gardening. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Susie departed this life on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at the Baptist Health in Lexington, Kentucky. She was 88 years old.
