LONDON, KY (February 20, 2023) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Josh Velasco along with Deputy Stephen Walker arrested Chester Osborne age 26 of London on Thursday following a traffic stop conducted on Highway 1376 approximately 6 miles north of London.
