COVINGTON, KY (November 8, 2021) — A Cincinnati man, Clarence Toney, 41, was sentenced to 250 months in federal prison on Friday, by Chief U.S. District Judge Danny C. Reeves, after pleading guilty to the distribution of fentanyl and heroin and violating his supervised release conditions. Toney was classified as a career offender.
LEXINGTON, KY - The Lexington Police Department is reporting that: On Friday, November 5, 2021, at approximately 2:42 A.M., officers responded to the area of Main Street and Oliver Lewis for a report of shots fired. The officers checked the area and did not locate anything out of the ordinary.
MONTICELLO, KY (November 7, 2021) - The Monticello Police Department is reporting that: On Saturday, November 6, 2021, at approximately 2:35 P.M. MPD Officers Brandon Bertram & Casey Lang responded to a 911 call reporting two males were lying in a field near Wendy’s on North Main Street. Moments after arriving in the area, Officers Bertram & Lang made contact with both males whom they recognized and knew to be Austin Coffey and Chase Jackson.
RICHMOND, KY – On Saturday, November 6, 2021 the Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post, was contacted in reference to an attempt to locate of a stolen Monticello Police Vehicle. At approximately 4:00 P.M. a KSP Trooper observed the stolen police vehicle traveling north on I-75 near the 86 mile marker, near Richmond. The Trooper attempted to stop the stolen vehicle, at which time the driver accelerated in an attempt to flee.

HARLAN, KY – The Kentucky State Police is reporting that: On Thursday, September 30, 2021, Kentucky State Police (KSP) held the annual sworn awards ceremony in Lexington to honor 55 troopers and officers who put on a uniform each day to patrol Kentucky's neighborhoods with a mission of serving and protecting their fellow citizens.
