MANCHESTER, KY (September 16, 2020) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on September 16, 2020 at approximately 12:20 A.M. Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley along with Deputy Kendric Smith arrested Timothy Hayes, 38 and Tabitha Smallwood, 42 both of Add Hollow Road.

LONDON, KY (September 16, 2020) - The Laurel County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: As the investigation into the double homicide continues, on Wednesday afternoon Sept. 16th Laurel County Sheriff John Root, Deputy Taylor McDaniel, Lieut. Chris Edwards, and Maj. Chuck Johnson executed a search warrant on the suspect vehicle, a 2015 white colored Ford Taurus that had been impounded upon Joseph Benge’s arrest in Mayfield Kentucky. Officers there recovered a handgun in the passenger compartment with the accused.
