Domestic Complaint leads to Arrest / Clay County

Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On March 15, 2019 at approximately 7:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston along with CSO Wes Brumley arrested Nick Isom age 32 of South Highway 11.

The arrest occurred when Deputies was dispatched to a residence on South Highway 11 where the above mentioned subject along with his girlfriend was having having a physical altercation over the girlfriend leaving the residence.

The unnamed female subject attempted numerous times to leave the residence and the above mentioned subject wouldn't let her.

Deputy Houston made contact with both parties and the female subject showed signs of an altercation along with abrasions and scratch marks on her person.

Nick Isom was charged with:

  • Assault 4th Degree (Domestic Violence)
  • Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd Degree
  • Possession of Controlled Substance
