Clay County, KY - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On May 25, 2019 at approximately 12:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Jeremy Gabbard and Deputy Cody Blackwell arrested Lance Williams, 32 of London.
The arrest occurred when deputies was dispatched to a residence on Chop Bottom Road of a male subject possibly intoxicated.
Upon arrival Deputy Gabbard came into contact with the above mentioned subject and through investigation it was determined that the subject was under the influence of intoxicants.
Lance Williams, 32 was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
• Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree
