Two in Laurel County arrested during Drug Investigation

Laurel County, KY -  Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s Detective James Sizemore along with Detective Bryon Lawson, Detective Sgt. Chris Edwards, Detective Kyle Gray, and Detective Daniel Grigsby arrested two individuals while conducting a drug investigation on Wednesday night June 12, 2019 at approximately 10:18 PM.

The arrests occurred off North Laurel Rd. approximately 4 miles north of London after detectives made contact with two subjects and located;

  • Meth
  • Needles
  • Scales
  • Ziploc bags
  • A glass pipe with residue
  • Marijuana

The two arrested individuals were identified as:

Dakota William Mullins age 26 of Byrd Trailer Park Rd., East Bernstadt charged with:

  • Trafficking in a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Methamphetamine
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Methamphetamine
  • Possession of Marijuana

Jessica Brock age 21 of Keller Rd., London charged with:

  • Possession of drug paraphernalia

These two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
