Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on June 28, 2019 at approximately 2:30 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Lois Henson, 35 of Cemetery Road.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Houston was dispatched to a complaint on Highway 149 of a male subject that had allegedly assaulted the above mentioned subject.
Through investigation and witness statements it was determined the subject had reported a false incident, while speaking to neighbors the above mentioned subject became disorderly and attempted to start a verbal altercation with neighbors.
Lois Henson was charged with:
- Falsely Reporting an Incident
- Disorderly Conduct, 2nd Degree
- Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
