Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on July 4, 2019 at approximately 1:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Larry Saylor, 55 of Crawfish Road.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Houston conducted a traffic stop for vehicle infractions.
Once contact was made with the subject it was determined through investigation that the driver was under the influence.
Confirmation through Clay County 911 showed the subject had a suspended or Revoked operator license.
The subject refused to submit to a blood test.
Larry Saylor was charged with:
- Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Infleunce of DRUGS/ATC/ETC.
- Operating Motor Vehicle with Suspended/Revoked Operator License
- Failure to Maintain Required Insurance
