Deputies make two Extra Patrol arrests in the Garrard community of Clay County

Clay County, Ky. -  Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on July 5, 2019 at approximately 11:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston along with Clay County CSO Wes Brumley arrested Debbie Sizemore, 37 of Sandhill Road and Amanda Napier, 32 of Hyden.

The arrest occurred while deputies were providing extra patrol within the Garrard community when they entered into the Gameroom on South Highway 421. Once deputies were inside, individuals began to attempt to hide from deputies.

One individual was in possession of spoon and needle on the subjects person.

Investigation by Deputy Houston determined that both individuals named where under the influence of intoxicants. 

Debbie Sizemore was charged with:

• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
• Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess

Amanda Napier was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
