Clay deputy arrests 2 South Highway 421 men in Garrard

Clay County, Ky. -  Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on July 16, 2019 at approximately 3:30 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested Christopher Chapman, 27 of South Highway 421 and Brandon Holland, 27 of South Highway 421.

The arrests occurred while Deputy Edwards was on routine patrol when he observed both male subjects looking around the property belonging to Noah Ark’s Clinic.

Upon contact Deputy Edwards conducted an investigation at which time determined that both individuals was under the influence of intoxicants.

Christopher Chapman was charged with:

  • Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)

Brandon Holland was charged with:

  • Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
