London, Ky. (August 05, 2019) – On Sunday, at approximately 9:46 PM, Kentucky State Police Post 11, London received a report of a three-vehicle collision on northbound I-75 near the 68 mile marker in Rockcastle County. The collision resulted in one fatality.
Upon investigation, Trooper Dackery Larkey, Traffic Crash Reconstructionist, determined a 2015 Dodge Dart operated by Jenny Calhoun of Ohio was traveling northbound on Interstate I-75 near Mile Marker 68.
The traffic in the area had slowed or was coming to a stop behind a Dodge Pickup Truck, which was also traveling northbound, operated by Alicia Jabkowski of Indiana. Phillip Terry of Tennessee was operating a 2018 KIA directly behind Mrs. Calhoun’s Dodge in the same area.
Mr. Terry was unable to come to a stop for the slowed/stopped traffic and hit the Dodge Dart operated by Mrs, Calhoun in the rear end. As a result Mrs. Calhoun’s Dodge was knocked into the back of Mrs. Jabkowski’s Dodge Ram.

Trooper Dackery Larkey is continuing the investigation and was assisted at the scene by Troopers from Post 11 London, State Police Commercial Vehicle Enforcement, Rockcastle EMS, Mount Vernon Fire Department, Mount Vernon Police Department, Rockcastle Sheriff’ Office and Rockcastle Coroner’s Office.
