4th arrest in Laurel County regarding the Abuse and Death of a Dog investigation

LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: A fourth individual has been charged on an animal abuse and death case that was investigated by the Laurel County Sheriff's office on July 31, 2019 in Laurel County.

On Tuesday, a fourth individual was charged by Kentucky State Police on a Laurel Sheriff's Office warrant of arrest obtained by Laurel Sheriff's Detective James Sizemore.

The fourth individual is identified as Noah A. Blevins age 18 of London charged with:

  • Torture of a cat/dog with serious physical injury or death
  • Cruelty to animals – second-degree
  • Two counts of unlawful transaction with a minor – third-degree
  • Obstructing governmental operations

This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
