LONDON, KY (Sept. 14, 2019) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Court Security Officer Judy Morgan along with CSO Joey Andes, CSO Dennis Gilbert, and Bailiff Daniel Reed arrested Anthony Wayne Hornsby age 40 of Manchester on Friday morning September 13, 2019 at approximately 11:58 AM.
The arrest occurred at the Laurel County Judicial Center in London after sheriff’s security personnel detected the odor of alcoholic beverages emitting from this subject and determined that he was under the influence.
This individual admitted drinking before coming to court.
Anthony Wayne Hornsby was charged with:
- Alcohol intoxication in a public place
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
