Clay County, Ky. (Sept. 17, 2019) - The Clay County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: On Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at approximately 9:30 AM Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson arrested Clifford Jarvis, 51 of Gregory Branch Road.
The arrest occurred when Sheriff Robinson received a complaint of a male subject that had allegedly took into his possession an ATV that belonged to someone else.
Once contact was made with the above mentioned subject and his information was ran through Clay County Dispatch it showed the individual to have an active warrant for his arrest along with a summons in reference to taking the ATV without permission.
Assisting at the scene was Manchester City Police Chief Chris Fultz, Manchester City Police Sgt. Jason Combs and Manchester City Police K9 Officer Ryan Jackson.
Clifford Jarvis was charged with:
- Serving Bench Warrant for Court
