Laurel County, Ky. (Sept. 28. 2019) - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Sgt. Greg Poynter along with Sgt. Brett Reeves and Deputy Brent France arrested Candace Taylor age 42 of Corbin on Thursday afternoon September 26, 2019 at approximately 4:06 PM.
The arrest occurred approximately 10 miles South of London after an investigation was conducted by the Laurel County Sheriff's office where allegedly this individual had taken items from a neighbor’s outbuilding.
The items were apparently recovered in Taylor's vehicle.
Candace Taylor was charged with:
- Theft by unlawful taking $500 or more but under $10,000
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
