Laurel County, Ky. (Sept.30, 2019) - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's deputies Josh Morgan along with Deputy Joey Robinson arrested Charles Miracle age 65 of Appaloosa Trail, Corbin on Saturday night September 28, 2019 at approximately 11:54 PM.
The arrest occurred off Appaloosa Trail, approximately 10 miles South of London after deputies were dispatched to the complaint of a man staggering around in a backyard not his own.
When deputies arrived at the scene, they located the suspect and conducted an investigation determining that he was under the influence.
Charles Miracle was charged with:
- Alcohol intoxication in a public place
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
