Two arrested during Traffic Stop in Clay County

Clay County, Ky. (October, 24, 2019) Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on October 24, 2019 at approximately 4:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley arrested two individuals while providing patrol on Chat Branch Road.

The arrests occurred after Deputy Brumley conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for infractions.

The vehicle was occupied by two females, through running information with Clay County Dispatch it showed that the driver was operating on suspended or revoked license and the passenger was wanted out of Madison County.

Tabitha Smallwood, 42 of Add Hollow was charged with:

  • Operating on Suspended or Revoked Operator License

Tracy Hacker, 49 of South Highway 11 was charged with:

  • Serving Bench Warrant for Court (Madison County)
