Clay County, Ky. (October 31, 2019) - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on October 31, 2019 at approximately 11:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Cody Blackwell along with Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones arrested Billy Buttery, 20 of Napier Hollow.
The arrest occurred off of Paces Creek Road after this subject was charged on a Clay County Warrant of Arrest for Criminal Mischief.
