A reported missing person arrested in Clay County

Clay County, Ky. (November 2, 2019) - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on November 1, 2019 at approximately 1:15 PM Clay County Sheriff Sgt. Jeremy Gabbard along with Deputy Cody Blackwell arrested Jason Holman, 49 of Wilmore, KY.

The arrest occurred on the Hal Roger's Parkway when Deputies received a complaint of a male subject sitting on the side of the road.

Deputies located the individual walking along side the road, once contact was made the individual became belligerent towards Deputy Blackwell.

Through further investigation the subject was reported missing from Paintsville.

Jason Holman was charged with:

• Menacing
• Standing on L&D Access Highway
