Clay County, Ky. (November 21, 2019) - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on November 20, 2019 at approximately 11:45 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Timothy Hayes, 37 of Paces Creek Road and Tabitha Smallwood, 40 of Add Hollow Road.
The arrest occurred off of South Highway 421 during a traffic stop. During the investigation, it was confirmed through Clay County Dispatch that the subjects had active warrants for their arrest.
During the search, Deputy Brumley located plastic baggies of suspected Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia on both subjects.
Timothy Hayes was charged with:
• Theft by Unlawful Taking (Warrant)
• Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine)
• Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess
Tabitha Smallwood was charged with:
• Theft by Unlawful Taking (Warrant)
• Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree 1st Offense (Methamphetamine)
• Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess.
