Complaint results in multiple charges for a Manchester woman

MANCHESTER, KY (November 27, 2019) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on November 27, 2019 at approximately 1:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Rebecca Hamm, 46 of Town Branch Road.

The arrest occurred on South Highway 421 when Deputy Brumley was dispatched to a complaint that the above mentioned female was at a place that she had been previously been trespassed from.

Upon arrival, Deputy Brumley came into contact with the subject who came toward him in a fighting stance.

After a brief struggle the subject was placed under arrest without further incident.

Rebecca Hamm was charged with:

• Criminal Trespassing 3rd Degree
• Resisting Arrest
• Menacing
