Clay County, Ky. (December 18, 2019) - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at approximately 2:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Megan Neal, 31 of Burchell Hollow Road.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Brumley was dispatched out to assist Clay County EMS with an out of control female.
Upon arrival, Deputy Brumley made contact with the female who stated she was going to cause bodily harm to different individuals.
Megan Neal was charged with:
• Terroristic Threatening, 3rd Degree
