MANCHESTER, KY (January 17, 2020)- Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at approximately 11:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Elliott Westberry, 22 of Gum Branch Road.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Brumley conducted a traffic stop for vehicle infractions.
Upon contact with the driver, Deputy Brumley conducted an investigation at which time determined the driver was operating on suspended or revoked license.
Elliott Westberry was charged with:
• Failure to Produce Insurance Card
• Operating on Suspended or Revoked Operator license
• Rear License not Illuminated
