FLEMINGSBURG, KY – On Saturday, March 15, 2025, Sergeant Logan Mullins of the Fleming County Sheriff’s Office and Sergeant Aaron Workman of the Flemingsburg Police Department conducted a traffic stop that led to the arrest of Victor Littleton.
The arrest was made pursuant to a Rowan County indictment warrant for:
- Human Trafficking – Comm Sexual Activity (Victim Under 18)
Victor Littleton is currently lodged at the Rowan County Detention Center.
