MANCHESTER, KY (January 26, 2020) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on January 25, 2020 at approximately 10:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley along with Clay County Sheriff Detective Jeff Kelsey arrested Kristy Napier, 38 of Highway 1482.
The arrest occurred when Officers responded to an accident without injuries on Highway 1482.
Upon contact with the above mentioned subject, the driver admitted to taking unknown substances prior to operating the motor vehicle.
Through investigation it was determined the subject was under the influence of intoxicants
Kristy Napier was charged with:
• Operating Motor vehicle under the influence of ALC/DRUGS/ETC
• Failure to Produce Insurance Card
