LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Robert Reed along with Deputy Taylor McDaniel arrested Pearlie Abner age 43 of Lily on Sunday morning January 26, 2020 at approximately 7:54 AM.
The arrest occurred off Boone Avenue, approximately 10 miles South of London after deputies were dispatched to a possible stabbing on Boone Avenue.
Upon arrival deputies, noted the suspect was standing outside the residence with two large knives in her hand.
Deputies had the suspect drop the weapons and conducted an investigation learning that allegedly this subject and the male subject there had been drinking and according to the victim the female subject flipped out, grabbing a large knife from under the couch and slashed his hand open.
Pearlie Abner was charged with:
- Assault – second-degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
