LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Bailiff Roy Ball along with Bailiff Jacklyn Johnson arrested Dennis Burkart age 33 of Manchester on Thursday morning February 13, 2020 at approximately 10:45 AM.
The arrest occurred at the Laurel County Judicial Center in London after this subject was charged on a Laurel Circuit Court bench warrant of arrest charging:
- Failure to appear in court on charges of theft by unlawful taking $500 or more but under $10,000
- Two counts of shock probation on felony convictions
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
