MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at approximately 9:30 AM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones along with Deputy Wes Brumley and CSO Supervisor Dewey Grubb arrested Jolene Marcum, 24 of Downey Hill Road.
The arrest occurred on Crawfish Road when Chief Deputy Jones made contact with the subject after clearing a complaint on Crawfish Road.
Through confirmation with Clay County Dispatch it was confirmed that the subject had an active warrant for her arrest.
Jolene Marcum was charged with:
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
