ARREST IN SOUTHEAST, KY AFTER VIDEO SHOWS CLAY CO. MAN SHOOTING TOWARDS JUVENILES PLAYING BALL

MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Saturday, March 29, 2025, Deputy Dustin Henson received a call in reference to a male subject that had pointed a pistol out the door of his residence on Crane Creek Road and shot at two juveniles playing ball in the driveway.

Upon arrival at the scene Deputy Henson began an investigation and made contact with the caller, a female subject who stated that an individual identified as, Timmy Madden, 54, of Manchester, KY had pointed a pistol out his door and shot 4 times in the direction of the juveniles playing ball. During the investigation, Deputy Henson learned the alleged pistol was a 22 LR Heritage.

The caller provided video footage of Madden shooting the firearm out his door twice in the direction of the juveniles.

After the reviewing the video footage, Deputy Henson made contact with the suspect and he was placed under arrest without incident. Madden was later transported to the Clay County Detention Center.

  • WANTON ENDANGERMENT 1ST - DISCHARGE OF FIREARM

This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
