MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at approximately 11:00 AM Clay County Sheriff CSO Jeff Cochran arrested April Hoskins, 32 of South Highway 421.
The arrest occurred at the Clay County Judicial Center when the above mentioned subject was charged on a Parole Warrant for Bail Jumping and Controlled Substance charges.
April Hoskins was charged with:
• Parole Violation Warrant
