LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy James Fox along with Sgt. John Inman and K-9 Deputy Gary Mehler arrested Dakota Riley Keith age 23 of Tidal Wave Rd., Corbin on Thursday night February 20, 2020 at approximately 11:14 PM.
The arrest occurred off North Stewart Rd., approximately 12 miles South of London after a traffic stop was conducted on a black Chevrolet Malibu and it was determined during the stop that the driver was under the influence.
In addition, this subject was found in possession of suspected Crystal Methamphetamine.
Dakota Riley Keith was was charged with:
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence – second offense
- Failure to wear seatbelts
- Failure of owner to maintain required insurance – first offense
- One headlight & other traffic related violations
- Possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Methamphetamine
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
