LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Brad Mink along with Lieut. Chris Edwards, Deputy Robert Reed, and Deputy Josh Morgan arrested Terry Dale Johnson age 50 of East Bernstadt on Friday afternoon March 27, 2020 at approximately 2:00 PM.
The arrest occurred off Feltner Steer Road, approximately 4 miles east of London while deputies were attempting to locate a vehicle when they encountered this subject and found him in possession of Drug Paraphernalia and with an outstanding bench warrant.
Terry Dale Johnson was charged with:
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
In addition, Johnson was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging:
- Failure to appear in court on charges of possession of a controlled substance – first offense – second-degree
- Failure to wear seatbelts
- License to be in possession
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
