MANCHESTER, KY- (June 7, 2020) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on June 7, 2020 at approximately 8:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Coty Arnold arrested Donnie Baker, 60 of Ernie Couch Road.
The arrest occurred on South Highway 421 when Deputy Arnold received a complaint of a possible intoxicated male subject at a business.
Upon arrival in the vicinity of the area, Deputy Arnold made contact with the subject who was showing severe signs of impairment.
Through investigation it was determined that the subject had consumed numerous alcoholic beverages earlier this date.
Donnie Baker was charged with:
• Alcohol Intoxication in Public place
