MANCHESTER, KY (August 3, 2020) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on August 1, 2020 at approximately 9:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Kendric Smith and Deputy Jared Smith arrested Arthur Blankenship, 34 and Delbert Blankenship, 35 both of Highway 687.
The arrest occurred when Deputies were dispatched to a complaint of two individuals passed out in a yard at a residence.
Upon arrival, Deputies conducted an investigation and determined that both individuals was manifestly under the influence of intoxicants.
Subjects admitted to smoking Marijuana and Methamphetamine earlier this date.
Arthur Blankenship was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (excludes Alcohol)
Delbert Blankenship was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
