MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Saturday, June 28, 2025 Deputy Dustin Henson responded to a call from the Volunteers of America (VOA) facility on North HWY 421 stating that a male subject came to the facility causing issues and would not leave.
Upon arrival at the scene, Deputy Henson made contact with the subject who was sitting by the mailbox of the facility making motion gestures with his arms and talking to himself. Deputy Henson began an investigation and the the male subject was identified as Jimmy Hoskins, 29, of Falmouth, KY.
The subject was talking very belligerent and when asked what he was doing at the facility, stated that he lived there and that Deputy Henson was trespassing on his property.
Deputy Henson determined that the subject was intoxicated and he was placed under arrest without incident.
Jimmy Hoskins was arrested for:
- PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLL SUB(EXCLUDES ALCOHOL)
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
