MANCHESTER, KY (August 3, 2020) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on August 2, 2020 at approximately 9:20 AM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones arrested Delora Combs, 38 of London.
The arrest occurred on Beech Creek Road when Chief Deputy Clifton Jones received a complaint of a female passed out on the side of the road.
Upon arrival, Chief Deputy Clifton Jones made contact with the subject and was noted that the subject was manifestly under the influence of intoxicants.
Delora Combs was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of a Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
