LONDON, KY (October 30, 2020) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Travis Napier arrested Cody Marcum age 24 of East Bernstadt on Thursday evening October 29, 2020 at approximately 5:58 PM.
The arrest occurred on Twin Branch Road, approximately 5 miles north of London after Deputy Napier was dispatched to investigate a noninjury traffic crash there.
Upon arrival at the scene Deputy Napier conducted an investigation and determined that the driver of a white Ford vehicle there was under the influence.
Cody Marcum was charged with:
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence – second offense
- No operator's license
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
