LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Daniel Reed along with Deputy Travis Napier arrested Emily K. Wagers age 28 of Green Road, KY on Saturday evening October 31, 2020 at approximately 6:10 P.M..
The arrest occurred off World Drive, approximately 12 miles South of London while deputies were assisting Knox County deputies on a domestic violence complaint that happened in Knox County.
Deputies learned that allegedly there had been an argument between husband and wife while the couple were driving to go trick or treating with the couples child when allegedly the female subject began assaulting her husband in a parking lot there.
Apparently, the female subject then left walking when she was located by Laurel County deputies and placed under arrest.
Emily K. Wagers was charged with:
- Assault – 4th degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
