HARLAN, KY – On Monday November 2, 2020 at 10:09 A.M. Kentucky State Police arrested Crissy Burke (28) of Evarts, Ky.
The arrest stems from an investigation from August 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 in Harlan County, KY.
Allegedly, Ms. Burke unlawfully had sexual intercourse with a juvenile under 15 years old.
Ms. Burke was arrested and lodged into the Harlan County Detention Center.
Crissy Burke was charged with:
- Rape 3rd Degree
