MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on May 23, 2021 at approximately 1:50 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Jared Smith along with Deputy Kelly Johnson arrested Rosie Saylor, 44 of Curry Branch.
The arrest occurred on Highway 80 when Deputy Smith was conducting routine patrol when he came into contact with the above mentioned subject.
Through confirmation with Clay County Dispatch it showed the subject had an active warrant for her arrest.
Rose Saylor was charged with:
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
