LONDON, KY (September 16, 2021) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's K-9 Deputy Jake Miller along with Deputy Brian France arrested Anthony Wayne Martin age 33 of Livingston Sreet, Corbin on Wednesday morning September 15, 2021 at approximately 11:01 AM.
The arrest occurred on Highway 770 approximately 9 miles South of London after deputies conducted a traffic stop on a gray colored Chevrolet Cruz.
During the stop the driver was determined to be driving on DUI suspended license and was found in possession of Methamphetamine and another substance.
Anthony Wayne Martin was charged with;
- Driving on DUI suspended license – first offense
- Possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – Methamphetamine
- Possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – drug unspecified
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
